Activity:
This hatchery produces coho salmon, chinook salmon, chum salmon, and steelhead
trout for local tributaries of the Fraser River.
Of special interest is the pond on the west side of the hatchery, which is home to several large sturgeon (up to 7.5 feet long and over 50 years old). Details: The hatchery is open from 9 am to 3 pm, seven days a week. Tours are available if booked in advance, 604-826-0244. Located on Bell Road, 11 km east of Mission.
